Hey I'm Laura and when I bought my first house I thought I knew everything but what I didn't know was that I was making the biggest mistake of my life.
I thought that buying an investment property first before I bought a home that I could live in was the path to building wealth, I was wrong.
What I now realize is it's buying the home you live in first that starts to build wealth in real estate. But so often we think that we can't afford it, we have to move, we have to wait and rent but no you don't have to.
What I didn't realize then that I realize now is that you can buy a house even if you have student loan debt, even if you don't have a lot to put down, even if your going to move soon and your not sure if your going to live in that place forever, that then becomes your first investment property and that is my favorite way to build wealth in real estate and now because of the mistake I made I'm making sure no one else is going to make that mistake.
If you are a teacher or Atlanta government employee, there are programs that want to help you purchase your first home. The first step would be to talk me. I don't want to just have you purchase any home, I want to get to know you and truly understand your short and long term goals and how owning a home can fit into that plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be physically, financially, and mentally.
The only way we know what's possible is if we talk about what you want!
